The wire doffing rack is a mechanical device dedicated to wire unloading. It is used in the front-end stage of wire processing. Its main function is to feed the metal wire (such as copper wire, aluminum wire, stainless steel wire, etc.) in the reel into the downstream equipment in a stable and uniform manner, ensuring that the tension of the wire remains within the ideal range and preventing the wire from tangling, slipping or damage. The wire doffing rack is often used in wire production lines, wire drawing machines, aluminum alloy wire production and other fields. It is a key equipment to ensure smooth production and improve product quality. The work of the wire doffing rack begins at the loading stage of the wire. The wire is wound on a large reel (sometimes called a discharge reel or wire reel). At this stage, the wire is firmly wound on the reel and is ready for processing. During the working process, the wire doffing rack gradually releases the wire from the reel through its rotating shaft or transmission device. As the reel rotates, the wire begins to be released and guided to the downstream processing equipment through a suitable guide device. In order to ensure a stable supply of wire, the wire drop rack continuously controls the wire tension. During the discharge process, the tension control system will adjust the tension in real time to prevent the wire from being too tight or too loose. It is equipped with a tension regulator that can automatically adjust the tension according to the different specifications of the wire and the needs of downstream equipment.
