The vertical stretch wrapper is an automated packaging equipment that mainly wraps the product tightly with stretch film to form a protective layer. Compared with other packaging methods, stretch film packaging can not only effectively protect the product from pollution, collision and scratches from the external environment, but also can tightly fix the product through the contraction force of the stretch film to prevent looseness, breakage and other problems during transportation. It is particularly suitable for packaging irregular, large or heavy items, and can provide efficient and accurate packaging services. When the product enters the working area of the baler, the product will be positioned by the guide device. At this time, the bottom of the product will be supported by the bottom support device to ensure that the item is in the correct packaging position. The stretch film roll is sent to the packaging area through an automated system, and the beginning of the film is connected to the product through a conveying device. According to the set packaging method, the film will unfold around the product.
